As we do our homework for the help-selfing portion of Cassie Holme's Happier Hour, we take a week to make a bunch of music and talk to a fellow seeker, exister, creator, and thinker, friend of the host and show, Ryan Schank! He makes a wonderful guest co-host, and I make some questionable music to go along with. (We also skirt around yet can't remember the name of the musical artist Akira the Don at one point)
