003 - Easy Does It, I wouldn't know (Artist's Way wk 4)

I swear one day I'll get better at writing show notes. In the meantime let's just see if we can upload consistently without the demons of perfectionism and procrastination stalling things.

I hemmed and hawed about stitching together these pieces of audio I sporadically put together over the last 5 months as I traveled around the country and avoided novel viruses best I could, and finally decided to go forward, move ahead. There ain't no progress without progress, and there's no podcast about failing upwards without releasing the failures.

So enjoy some music I made, and some navel gazing about "Recovering a Sense of Integrity" as Julia Cameron puts it in week 4 of the Artist's way.

It's hard to deny that this process has definitely kicked my creativity a bit into gear, but focus is the real problem, so let's hope I can lower the bar on quality for my own consistency's sake. Watch this space for possible garbage, detritus, last minute audio for the sake of audio, and probably more weird music. The book reports must continue though, and they shall.
